- 3. If nothing works, you are refunded after returning the product. No debate, no guilt-tripping: cats have character, that's also why we love them.
A point that goes without saying but which we prefer to put in black and white: the cat adoption guarantee covers a specific scenario— your cat does not adopt its cave. If it was adopted and then used (the hair, the claw marks, and the scent with which your feline proudly marked it do not lie), then it has fulfilled its mission! Good news: if your cat used it, it means it adopted it—and a temporary abandonment is completely normal. Cats naturally alternate their resting places according to the seasons and the temperature: a cave shunned in summer often becomes the winter HQ again. The guarantee, however, covers non-adoption: a cave used and marked by your feline has found its owner. If its behavior concerns you, write to us: we will gladly give you advice to revive its interest.
Who covers the return costs?

I bought my cave at one of your distributors, does the guarantee apply?

Within what timeframe am I refunded?
